Managing Partner and Founder, has
over 35 years of diversified business and consulting experience
in the United States and abroad. Stan specializes in working
with senior executives to achieve breakthrough financial and
operating improvement. He is the principal architect of the
Performance Improvement Breakthrough™ methodology and the Six
Sigma Lean Advantage™—two time-tested strategies that improve
shareholder value. He personally guided over 35 organizations
and trained more than 15,000 managers in advanced leadership
skills and change management techniques. Stan is a Baldrige
certified senior examiner for the New Jersey State Quality
Achievement Award, and the author of numerous management
publications. Among his clients are Coca-Cola, Coty North
America, Chase Bank, American Airlines, The Port Authority of NY
& NJ, Asahi Glass, and Siemens. Stan holds a BSEE and a Master's
in Management from Newark College of Engineering/New Jersey

John P. Leach |

Leach has more than 35 years of diversified business and
consulting experience in both the private and public sectors in
the United States and abroad. After serving his country as a
Naval Aviator and Commanding Officer, John entered the corporate
world in the telecommunications field. A seasoned industrial
trainer, John trained more than 10,000 professionals in change
management, leadership skills, diversity, sexual harassment
prevention, and communications. He is an expert in professional
coaching and developing custom change management courses
designed to increase productivity in specific business
environments. His clients have included NASA, National
University, Caterpillar Corporation, Southwestern Bell, Science
Application International Corporation, and American Toyota
Corporation. John is a Certified Inscape DiSC Consultant, and
holds a BA and Masters in Business Administration from San Diego
State University. |
