CMC has been successful in helping California clients acquire financial assistance under the Employment Training Panel (ETP) for ISO 14001 training.  ETP is a State agency designed to fund training that meets the needs of employers for skilled workers and the needs of workers for good, long-term jobs.

ETP usually provides between $70-$80 million per year in training funds. In general, organizations are eligible to apply for ETP funding provided they are paying into the state's Employment Training Fund (ETF) and:

► Are hiring and training unemployed workers who are receiving unemployment insurance (UI) benefits; and\or

► Face Out-of-State competition and need to retrain current employees; and\or

► Have special, unique training programs in all Special Employment Training (SET) categories.
