Engineering Earns ISO 9001 and AS9100B Certification
Company's Advanced Quality Management
System Achieves ISO Registration
Rancho Dominguez, CA, January 29, 2008
– A&V Engineering, a provider of precision machined products for the
commercial, aerospace, and government industries, has achieved ISO
9001:2000 and AS9100B registration for its extensive quality management
system.
Working closely with its ISO consultant, Change Management Consulting,
the company's quality management system was found to be in complete
compliance with the high standards set by the International Organization
for Standardization (ISO) after a rigorous Registrar audit.
A & V Engineering, Inc. employs a variety of high-technology equipment
to develop and produce high-precision metal parts. The company also
contributes to research program prototypes used in communications and
defense systems by the U.S government. A & V Engineering's operations
were recently upgraded and approved by The Boeing Company's Commercial
and C-17 programs to the quality standard of D6-82749, Appendix B -
Boeing Quality Management Systems (BQMS) and Raytheon Systems Company
per AS9100B.
